Innerscape Pilates lives in a 1950s era building at 408 Colfax Avenue, in beautiful Grass Valley, California. It’s equipped with 2 studio reformers, 2 combo chairs, a full trapeze table, ladder barrel, fuse ladder, and countless props, tools, and toys to enhance your experience.
