Innerscape Pilates lives in a 1950s era building at 408 Colfax Avenue, in beautiful Grass Valley, California. Owner and teacher, Trinity Minty brings 10 years teaching experience and a passion for working with a wide range of students, including athletes, pre/post natal mamas, post rehab patients, neuro-clients, and the working professional.
