This class is perfect for the experienced mover who’s willing and has a strong understanding of making the best choices for themselves in any given moment. A good sense of humor and an open mind recommended!  Mondays 9AM Pacific. Replay good for 7 days. 

REFORMER CLASS {ONLINE}

This class is live and interactive, and for the experienced mover or Pilates teacher. Send me a note in advance if there’s specific concepts or repertoire you’d like to explore. Wednesdays 9AM Pacific.
