What

 

Pilates is getting up and down off the floor. It’s play, excelling at your sport, and being of service. It’s gardening, creating art and caring for others. It’s all the demands we make on ourselves in any given day, acknowledged. It’s taking a breath, and practicing presence. Pilates is taking what you’ve got and doing with it what you will. It’s a practice in autonomy. It’s stress management and often an attitude adjustment. 

 

Who

 

I’m Trinity. I love what I do. I believe in human potential and adaptability. I’ll ask you to breathe, move, hold still, root down, push, pull, draw in, lengthen up. I’ll speak words of empowerment and compassion, coaxing you to meet your potential. I’ll ask you for exactly what I want, while encouraging you to take ownership and responsibility for your experience. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and confidence. You’ll surprise yourself, curse me, and laugh out loud. Movement is good, there is no “right,” you can’t go wrong, and you’re right on time.
